    Description

    Sioux Santee floral beaded panels, either from Eastern South Dakota or Southern Minnesota,  c.1920-35. Thread beaded using typical Santee designs and bead colors available at the time, including metallic beads. Panels were probably once mounted on a vest/jacket or intended for such.  Very soft brain tan buckskin backing and popping bead colors and designs!
